Despite me not booking a holiday as of yet or been on holiday, I have to say that Steven has been great in getting all the information I have requested and provided us with great packages. Steven has been patient, thorough and understanding and there has not been any pressure tactics to book and has been incredibly customer friendly and customer led. Steven has provided me with excellent quotes and is definitely something i am keen to book once I can. I would wholeheartedly go back to Steven in the hopefully not to near future to book a holiday because of his great manner and work ethic. You have a great employee!
