She reverted to us with the details we needed quickly, she supported to making amends to our booking too, as our initial date plans changed more than 4 times but Emma was patient in accommodating our requests. Dec 09,2020I was amazed! I booked a trip to Bali for the winter, because I heard that the pandemic is not raving there so badly as in the rest of the world. I was amazed by how dedicated and personally invested the staff from My Holiday Guide was in providing me with the best service possible. Travis was amazing! He was super patient and understanding about everything I asked for me and my family! Made me feel we are in the right hands. You can tell these guys REALLY care about doing a great job!
