Everything arranged perfectly not to miss the things I requested and specially Travis is such an easy person to deal with your matter. Dec 27,2021Aron has been absolute top notch. I have been planning Maldives trip since a long time. I was searching for best resorts online on random websites and also going through blogs and YouTube videos and every time I wanted to finalize something it was a dead end. I was confused in every search I made and I just gave up on the planning. I came across My Holiday Guide through Facebook and was assisted by Aron. He just made my dream holiday come true. He sent me detailed itineraries of resorts and I was surprised that just by few descriptions that I provided he was able to search the most suitable resort that I would like and also making sure that budget justified the trip which was being planned. After going through some itineraries, I decided to go for resort Ayada Maldives. Aron has been really helpful and chose the best package for me in spite of my busy delayed schedule. Overall great experience with the company, have been provided flexible payment plans, covid cover. Travel documents were sent as soon as everything was processed.

But unfortunately due to my husband having a stroke last wk our plan are on hold . I reached out to Lloyd who worked tirelessly to provide me a solution in a few hours. In two days I flew to Perth and was quarantining until i could fly to Brisbane. Without his assistance it would have been difficult for me to get back home. I have recommended this company to my friends who are stranded in UK trying to get back home.

She was so responsive to my messages, patiently answering each of my questions and helped me a lot finding a package that suits my family. Sep 25,2021Faro Family Holiday - My Holiday Guide I have already travelled with My holiday guide on a family holiday to Faro and returned. Initially when i was going to book i had the same doubt if this company is Your holiday guide or MY HOLIDAY GUIDE. I had the chance to clarify that this actually 'MY HOLIDAY GUIDE'. Service was offered to me by Travis who was fantastic. He kept me updated with the regulations and the forms that needed to be filled before travelling. While i was there i messaged him to extend my stay for additional nights and he did it instantly. He was always available on the messages. As soon as i made the payments, within 48 hours i was provided with the vouchers, Etickets & ATOL certificate. I would like to tell this to the people who got affected by 'Your Holiday Guide' that get your facts right that this is MY HOLIDAY GUIDE! please check the the company name before providing a review. You have just been trying to get innocent people affected

Jul 30,2021Travis is the best wanted to book a holiday after one year saw this company through face book. Even though the government websites were not very clear how the holidays work but Travis and My Holiday Guide were very clear on how the regulations really did work. They were well informed and very kind. I told Travis if I can go on this Holiday and come back I will give you a review and here it is. Excellent service and I'm very happy customer now I will book another Holiday with them again.

Apr 30,2021I enquired about a holiday by chance after seeing it on Facebook. Gentleman dealing with my request was Tony Adkins. He found me a superb price for a trip to Prague / Budapest as well as a second price for a trip to Munich. Unfortunately due to work commitments I cant proceed with the booking but cannot fault the service he provided. Very polite and professional and I will definitely use him again when I can sort out some suitable dates.
