Jan 06,2023When noticing our dream holiday on facebook we cotacted My Holiday Guide for more information. We had a quick reply from a man called Mark who was very polite and really easy to talk to . Mark dealt with our booking from beginning to end answering several questions , making all the arrangements for transfers and booking us onto our chosen excursions leaving us nothing to sort out but turn up . Nothing was too much trouble and he even re arranged an excursion to give us more free time to explore . We had an amazing 3 day break in Iceland ,seen the Northern lights and went to the blue lagoon . Highly recommend this company and if you get Mark ( bonus ) . His customer service is second to non .
