Feb 27,2023We traveled to Iceland with a package deal made by Robert Gilbert for us from start to finish organising it paying it ect Robert answered every question with no hesitation, he made sure we had our transfers booked ect for our 2 excursions the blue lagoon and the northern lights , which yes we did see the lights š which I was so happy about, so thanks to Robert we had a stress free 4 days in Iceland everything went like clock work and we had an amazing time I will defo use this company again in the future and have already passed the details on to friends to book through them so thank you so much Robert u made my holiday perfect from start to finish and always to helpful to assist us regardless of the question I asked even silly ones

Feb 23,2023From start to the end of our holiday in Iceland David organised everything for us and any queries I had were soon resolved everything went well but unfortunately our tour to the Northern Lights was cancelled due to deep snow which was not the fault of the travel company but disappointing,I messaged David about this and he organised a refund which i really did not expect thanks David this will go towards our next trip to Iceland with this travel company.

Feb 19,2023I asked for a quote for Bucharest and Ryan give me a full detailed itinerary including flights and times, hotel and excursion. If I had any questions Ryan would take the time to answer however small they were. Very pleased with the service I received.

Feb 12,2023I found My Holiday Guide on facebook. At first i was not sure if it was legit. I gave it a go. I booked a trip to Iceland 3 days package with bed and breakfast with my friend. I must say Emily and Mark were very prompt and helpful whenever i needed an info or if i was worried about bus pick up. I definitely recommend MyHolidayGuide. Thank you again Emily and Mark.

Feb 03,2023Just came back from a 4 day, 3 night break to Eurodisney booked through myholidayguide. The Hotel was lovely, park tickets and journey was amazing. Every staff member I spoke to at myholidayguide was very polite and helpful. Will definitely be using you again

Feb 03,2023Ron Gilbert was really good answered all my questions The hotel was great clean friendly and very new My only complaints are as follows 1. No transfers are included from the airport to the hotel which is not made clear at time of booking this was Ā£240 return cheaper in a taxi than on the bus for three people 2. Same for the trip to the Blue Lagoon you have to get your own way here again Ā£240 in a cab 3. No trip was collected from the hotel so again another Ā£40 return to the coach station to get the bus 4. East Jet flights were great but beware the booking only allows for a small back Pack unless you upgrade

Feb 03,2023Their customer service is absolutely brilliant. Jake answered all my questions and gave me some options for our planned holiday in Paris and Disneyland. Still have to sort out our visas so I need to wait a bit longer. Jake is just very patient, kind, and understanding. Looking forward to book with them soon.
