Jan 11,2025Ordered my plates 5 days ago with supposedly same day process and despatch and haven’t heard a peep. Have sent email asking for refund and also tried to call the support number which is a mobile phone that is constantly switched off. Eventually received my plates 8 days after order, plates look good.

Dec 09,2024The website states that all orders are dispatched the same day of order, however our order wasn’t dispatched until a day later and when we contacted to advise we still hadn’t received our order 6 days later, we were told that delivery takes 3 working days. They never dispatched until Thursday which means 3 working days would be Monday, but somehow the delivery would be Tuesday, 4 working days after dispatch! Having to buy plates elsewhere as they were needed. Terrible service, with no apology or explanation!

For customisations not shown on the website, you can contact the team and they will prepare a design for you. The team are super easy to deal with. The delivery was quick and the numberplate is of high quality. Awesome service :)

Sep 30,2024They make great plates but the ArmorAll headlight restorer I bought from them didn't work! Customer services is useless responding with standard fob off emails! Claim that they haven't had a single complaint before, hard to believe!! Beware other products maybe wrongly described with exaggerated claims and if you find you've wasted your money on a rubbish product, do not expect any help from them! You have been warned!!!! However, they do make great plates!

Sep 21,2024So often with e-commerce traders it's all good as long as nothing goes wrong. However when something does go wrong from my experience many traders just give up and abandon the customer. Not Myshowplates their customer service is absolutely brilliant. Despite me getting my address wrong when placing the order, Hugo at Myshowplates found the issue instantly and kept me informed of progress when my plates were redirected by Royal Mail. Although delayed I got my plates and am very happy.

Aug 26,2024I bought plates from these people and they three rear plates have bubbled. On closer inspection, the quality is shockingly bad, they are simply stickers on a backing. I thought they were rubbish when I put them on the car but have to buy and fit replacements from a different supplier now, tedious. MyShowPlates have simply rejected my photos and clear evidence saying that they are not in the warranty period?!? One set is six months old, the other two are between 12 and 18 months old.

Aug 05,2024Ordered black/silver pressed plate with mirror polished digits. What arrived is laughable, and absolute rubbish. Black plastic with chrome lettering, that must have cost a quid if that to make. Put it in bin where it belongs!. Emailed them...dont seem bothered. Show plates my A#se...more like Sh#t plates!. Dont waste your time, and money.

Jul 27,2024I ordered a basic number plate from the myshowplates website. When the plate arrived, I did not realise it was not road legal until I was told by a family member prior to fitting. When ordering I clicked on “Standard Plate” thinking this would be the normal road legal format. Once I was informed my plate was not legal I then checked the FAQ's at the bottom of their website, within here there is a question that states “How do I make my number plates legal” and it confirmed in there for the plate to be legal it has to be marked with a British Standard number - this is 'BS AU 145e, to do this you need to select British standard (Show) from a drop down list to show this, but this was not the default setting. You are also required to space the characters correctly but you must enter a space after the 4th character. This should be done automatically in my opinion or flash up saying it is not legal, not for customers to have to sift through FAQs to make it compliant! To top all of this the plates arrived with scratches on them and despite sending photos in they will not refund. I would not recommend or use this company again!
