Oct 08,2020Great service, great plates! Used them for years, always great service too. Ordered my plates on Saturday, the order was processed Monday, plates arrived Wednesday and look great! Note they are exploiting a loophole that they are based in Jersey so can produce plates that are not legal in the UK which is why they don't ask for documents ("Show" plates, for show cars, not road cars). This means you can have any font, any spacing, character deformation, any logo, anything you like, but its your problem if your car fails the MOT. You also need the "BS" postcode when designing the plates to make it more legal. I've not gone overboard in the past, just minor spacing changes which the dealer was unable to do and never had any problems. Great site - fully recommended.

Sep 04,2020Ordered my plates on the 27th August, still waiting on the 4th of September superb service eh, i sent the emails with the artwork at the same time as the order and they swear they didn't get them all 3 ! ah but as soon i rang them and sent the art work again to the same address low and behold they got the email surprise ! so rang on the 4th September and they have been posted 2 days ago they say as i did say not in post cancel order. Crap service cant think what the product will look like if and when they arrive eh. Use at your peril guys perhaps they could have done the decent thing and posted next day delivery as to please a customer but nooooo! wont use again shoddy.

Aug 13,2020I have always used this company in the past as their plates have always been very good especially for the customised options. I ordered 2 plates, 1 was great and the other was a not so good customised plate. I Initially asked for confirmation of design before it was built and just got the plate sent without asking if it was suitable. When it arrived it was all off centre and looked awful. I Emailed twice kindly asking for something to be done and didn't get any response. I've Given them plenty of time to respond so I will be spreading the word on all my social media, Bike and Car groups, to stay away..... Shame really..

Jul 29,2020Having input my car reg on their web site plates arrived ok but car failed mot due to incorrect spacing - seems it was my fault nothing to do with them ! Would certainly not recommend them having supplied non compliant plates.

Jul 27,2020Ordered 2 sets of plates and when they arrived they were scratched on the face, the plate was more orange than yellow and are not reflective, I have emailed them twice with no response. Useless customer service !!

The finished plate looks amazing Fabulous after sales team when a small issue occurred. No hesitation in recommending this company, cannot rate them highly enough.

Jul 13,2020I've used this company many times over the years as I'm in the motor trade. Always been very happy with the service in the past. But not now shocking service been waiting since middle of may still no plates. No failed or attempted delivery card posted,our local sorting office say they've not had them and have given me paper work of a London location? Had enough of sending un answers emails. They can keep my twenty odd pounds I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know in my 30yrs in the trade not to.

Jul 06,2020Do not use this company. Delivery said dispatched same day Royal Mail first class. 12 days later still waiting for plates to arrive. Telephone Number given on page is not invalid , emailed them number of times had one reply to say Covid 19 causing delays . After several more days messaged them on FB. Had one message back to say Covid 19 causing delays. Asked for tracking number of parcel so could check with Post Office and had no reply. I understand Covid May have caused it to be cpl days late but this is ridiculous. I’m beginning to think I’ve been had. So my advice is AVOID.

Jun 25,2020Had used this company before and had good experiences but sadly will not go back to them again after the fiasco ordering several new plates. They sent the wrong plates first time round and after emailing them with specific instructions to rectify the problem they "simply sent the same order again" even though they had the correct information. The response I got from the 'production manager' was pretty much "we've not done anything wrong" even though he was in reciept of an email requesting something different - which he clearly had not read. Now they've had to make 6 plates instead of 3, lost a good customer, and I still don't have the correct plates £50+ later.

Jun 24,2020I needed a new yellow plate for my trailer. Ordering was simple and priced very competitively. Plate was sent out same day. Delivery was a few days but was due to pressure on Royal Mail. Plate itself is spot on.

Jun 05,2020Ordered some plates (not my usual company but “seemed” cheaper!! They arrived promptly and appear well made except the font is grey not black so totally unusable and not fit for purpose. I emailed them and they stated that “I had changed the font to grey”!!! I wouldn’t and didn’t change it as it is inherently unusable - looking at reviews here and on other platforms (wish I’d done that before!!) it seems to be a recurring problem. So I still have no usable plates with no offers to help - just basically being called stupid.... perhaps I was ! 🙄 Good news!! One week later I’m now in possession of a nice set of accurate plates as wanted - nice quality too. Thanks for sorting it out myshowplates!
