After at least a ten previous purchases and having recommended them on multiple occasions they have refused to accept any responsibility for an error in their system. They also refuse to accept that their system is anything other than flawless which it clearly is not. All they have offered me is free postage for a second order. This is a very poor way to treat a previously loyal customer. Even sent them a screen shot of my order showing honeycomb background and photos of what i received which were standard plates, now not even answering emails. AVOID there are plenty of other company's offering plates at a fraction of the cost of these COWBOYS !

Well packaged and very professional work. My plates look better than I imagined. I can't rate this company high enough for workmanship, customer contact and speed. A lot of companies out there could learn a lot from 'MyShowPlates'. Thank you

I wanted it amended slightly so a quick email back and the revised proof came back. All agreed, email confirmation sent, plated arrived next day. Lovely.

I contacted myshowplates by email and they responded immediately. I provided photographs as requested.They then sent me a completely new set of high quality plates which arrived the very next day, along with a free gift. Mistakes can happen, but it's great to know that when they do Myshowplates will do what they can to make things right! I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Highly recommended.

May 16,2019Led to believe it would be next day delivery, it was not they are in Jersey. Upon delivery they were scratched, you could see fingermarks under the acryclic, you could read figures and numbers on the backing material through the acrylic. They were not interested. My advise HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM there are plenty of honurable number plate providers why chance it with this lot? Read the other negative reviews. I will reiterate THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN MY COMPLAINT. What else would you need to know before going elsewhere?

May 14,2019Ordered Thursday with ‘my show plates’ as they clearly state if ordered by 3 pm will post same day Royal Mail at a cost of £4.99 so I’m thinking I’ll receive Friday...? Arrived follow Tuesday 😖 they are based in Jersey they don’t tell you this . I’d have been better off ordering a free delivery service from elsewhere, I’d have received Monday and saved myself the postage.

May 03,2019After having purchased at least 12 sets of plates and made loads of recommendations I have been very disappointed with their lack of service to a long-standing customer. An error was made which they say is impossible to blame on their flawless system. I do not accept this argument and they pointedly refused to acknowledge my viewpoint. They would not engage in a conversation - everything had to be conducted by email. Best offer I got was free postage if I purchased a second set - simply not good enough and I will now go elsewhere and suggest others do the same. An arrogant and cocksure business.

Jan 26,2019Truly awful company. Made the wrong shape plates first attempt - despite their own internal documentation being clear. Second attempt they made the correct shape plates but in a ridiculous sci-fi font. When asked why, they said they couldn't make the correct font! The first set was the correct font!!! They wouldn't have it. After several weeks they said they'd refund after return. Asked for shipping label - nothing. Finally posted them back at considerable cost. They denied receiving them, until I sent proof of delivery! Refunded plate cost only, after 5 more weeks of chasing up, and more prevarication. I've been chasing up my postage costs, but they refuse to even reply. Dishonourable, incompetent and straight-up ignorant. AVOID!!

Dec 21,2018After ten days I chased my order. They said you've received it. I hadn't. They sent me a signature. It could have been anybodys but it certainly wasn't mine. Jersey Post say they have proof of delivery I have yet to see it!! I asked to speak to a Director - they don't speak to customers. I wanted a refund - no they said. £32 up the swannee. Feel as if I have been scammed.
