Apr 24,2024Tutor only turned up for half the sessions booked, cancelled last minute with silly excuses. Wasted my sons time with no consideration for my sons needs at this crucial time. I guess it’s pot luck who you use as a tutor. Not the best experience unfortunately.

Apr 23,2024Easy to set up, user friendly. Used in the past with my now 22yr old. Now, using it to get my 15yr old through gcse’s. Tutors are young, energetic, bright and enthusiastic. Plus, the material is fresh to them, they know how to take exams. Great service!

Apr 22,2024An excellent variety of tutors. The payments are scheduled automatically, so you do have to remember to cancel if you do not need a lesson. In my experience, if you do end up paying for a lesson you did not take the company with refund you. The company communicate via email regularly for upcoming lessons or any amendments made by the tutor. I have only been using the service for a few months and I have not experienced anything unprofessional. Overall an excellent service so far.

Apr 22,2024The tutors are very inconsistent in terms of time keeping and availability. I've had 4 already who have dropped off suddenly or are so poor at keeping time I'm forced to drop them.
