Apr 08,2024My Experience was not very good. Most of their tutor are University student and do not turn up for scheduled lesson. Then getting refund of my money was horible.

Apr 08,2024Great way of learning, being able to keep in touch with the tutor, reschedule lessons if they dont suit you, Just fits in with a busy life. My daughters tutor, Erin puts her at ease and has been a great help.

Apr 05,2024I really wished I could write a great review for this company as this could be a fantastic and much needed service, however, first impressions are not good. After meeting with the tutor, who seemed very eloquent, knowledgeable, and personable, the first tutor session did not happen with the tutor providing a perfectly good excuse. Since then, I have messaged the tutor suggesting an alternative time but with no reply. My attempts to call 'mytutor' have been in vain with noone picking up. I can't figure out if the tutors are not being managed efficiently or if there is a breakdown in communication between the company and their tutors but the bottom line is that my daughter is not receiving the tuition I promised she would have. Come on mytutor! Sort it out!
