Jul 29,2024I had an air bag alert on my Fiat 500e app last night, booked in with Nathaniel servicing they immediately saw me next day. Corrected the fault as I waited. The sales team at Cardiff were brilliant , now to backup the sale the excellent service team at Bridgend smashed it. Shout out to Vanessa and Phoebe excellent communication all along the way, and of course to the mechanic which name I don’t have.

I dealt with Julian initially but then he was sick on day of collection so someone else filled in. There was a bit of waiting around but I was supplied with plenty of tea and biscuits. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my new car and service received.

Jul 27,2024***EDIT*** We lasted exactly 3 weeks owning the MG HS, a great buying experience was sadly let down by the worst vehicle we have ever owned, 3 weeks after delivery the car was returned to another dealership. Never to be seen again by ourselves. Terrible car with multiple build quality and mechanical problems. Not the dealerships fault but ours for not listening to the car reveiw websites. Original There is an outstanding team working in the Cardiff MG showroom. The whole experience from entering the showroom, ordering and delivery was sublime, 10/10++. We couldn’t be happier with the experience, a huge thanks to Damien Perkins who from the moment we walked in, made the process seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our needs, ensuring that we found the perfect car for our lifestyle , Damien really went above and beyond to answer all our questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. His professionalism and genuine care for customers truly set him apart. I highly recommend Damien (who is a credit to the company) and Nathaniel MG Cardiff to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
