Jul 23,2024After taking on my late dad’s MG ZS we haven’t had much luck with it, needing multiple visits to Nathaniel’s garage for work. Some visits being there for 6+ weeks! It’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car. BUT.. I can’t thank Vanessa enough for always keeping us up to date with any little detail and always having such a friendly manner. She went above and beyond to help get the best option for us and having empathy regarding our situation. No matter how many questions she’d always make the effort to answer them or call back later when she’s found out the answer. Fantastic lady with such great customer service.
