Once I had sorted my other car out the process was quite quick within communication next steps etc. The service I have received from start to finish/collecting my car today has been outstanding. I had gone to a couple of other dealers and walked out. I would highly recommend Nathaniel’s Cardiff Penarth road the whole team are amazing and very friendly. Thank you all especially Elliot

I have just bought my third new car from Nathaniel's, smoothly facilitated once again by Julian James. He sold me my first MG a few years ago, making the process exciting & straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble, I felt listened-to and valued as a customer. His friendly ,professional and knowledgeable approach meant that on the next two times that I wanted to change my car, Julian was the man to see! Any queries that I have had with my three purchases, or messages that I have left, are followed-up by return. Nothing is too much trouble for everyone at Nathaniel's , including Reception & Service centre - the customer is king! - and, for my part anyway, Julian embodies this approach and I look forward to buying my next car from him in a couple of years time! It's been a pleasure dealing with him. Finally a quick shout-out to Niall who gave my husband & I an excellent hand-over of our latest car, the HS. He ran-through everything that there was to know about the car, and did so patiently & in a way that was easy to understand. Very knowledgeable, he clearly loves the MG brand. Very impressed.
