His knowledge of the vehicles, friendly, chatty and 'unpushy' personality makes it easy to visit the showroom without feeling you have to buy. Having made our decision he made the purchase easy and straightforward, keeping us informed of progress and his handover was informative. I had a couple of queries a few days after we picked the car up and he took the time to explain when I popped in to the showroom. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Jan 31,2025SPOTTED A GREAT DEAL - called to arrange test drive and inspection a few days before decison to purchase. Very friendly and supportive sales person on the phone. Arrived on site next day, made very welcome. Plenty of free tea and biscuits :)....Friendly staff. Took a test drive and inspection. Decided to buy - No pressure from Sales - paperwork arranged and deposit paid. PDI would be complete within 3 days. Returned 4 days later to pick up the vehicle. Payment made, all paperwork including DVLA reg and tax sorted within 30 minutes. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - GREAT SERVICE.
