Dec 17,2020My experience with you (NMB) was great because of one of your staff, Joseph. He kept his word. Our business encounter was greatly satisfying. He treated me like a friend and not as a customer. I rate him as a five star. You have an asset. I will recommend others to him who have patient any day and anytime. Joseph Criscuoli worked for his client. He is a lender to keep, never dispose him. However, I was surprised with you guys at the end, I was charged a fee from no where at the end of my loan disclosure, which I believe will be resolved. Thanks to Joseph, one in a million.

Dec 17,2020Corey Margulefsky helped me so very much. I was first in contact with him over a year ago and wanted to Refinance. Last year I wasn't ready to Refinance but Corey kept in contact with me almost every week by email over and over again... I was sick in the hospital with Covid and decided to call Corey. He Answered my call for help and was able to assure me that he would be able to get the deal done within 2 weeks. I explained to him that I was in process with my current lender Citi bank for almost 8 months. He told me as long as I get him everything on the list of items needed he will close. As I write this review my loan closed and funded in 2 weeks and not only did he save me more money what he promised he gave me a lower rate just before the closing. He told me straight out that helping me out was more important due to my health than making money. I can go on and on. He answered my calls Saturday, Sundays even at dinner time and always made me feel comfortable. If I left a message I would know that I would get a return call within minutes of leaving a message. Corey Thank you so very much for being such a kind man. I will always keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Dec 16,2020It went pretty good due to the circumstances which the file was then transferred to someone else and most likely caused a delay especially in this overload of loan processing time. An on-going communication, touch base would have been appreciated. It's hard to assume, activities are taking place when there is no status provided. I had to chase to get a status. And again, it might have been due to the overload and lack of time. But anyway, it was concluded correctly.

Dec 16,2020The process took 3 months, after being told at first 30 days. Cody was helpful, but slow to respond to emails. Donna, who was helping get documents together for underwriting was sometimes rude. I’m happy I was able to get the rate we did, but the overall experience was not a great one.

Dec 23,2020We had a lot of life events going on during this process (new born baby, remote learning and teaching, family member in an extended hospital stay, etc) but Giorgio and his team stuck it out with us. It was not an easy time and our communication was not always immediate. Thanks for sticking it out with us!
