Our approval by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs provides us the honor of being able to serve our military population. Additionally, we also offer Conventional Home Financing.

Very Quick in responding back to me with answers to any questions I had. Was able to close extremely fast in my opinion compared to any other company I tried to use. My rate for what I was doing could not be beat. Thanks for all the help in making this as quick and painless as possible.

Its is with great pleasure that I state All the staff, that handled my mortage process did a Superb job. My mortage loan officer (Ms Nicole Smith) (Scott ) & (Peter Rand my realtor )was very efficient, detailed and most of all very helpful with addressing whatever documents needed in a timely fashion information about the loan DOs and don'ts. I will highly recommend Nationwide Mortgage bank. However the entity used for inspection I was not please with, that was only delay I encountered and they use the covid-19 pandemic as a cover for been layback. However Nationwide Excellent staff representing the company... Keep up the excellent service.

Justin worked really well and helped me with my loan. He checks and keeps me updated. If I have questions or concerns he gives me a call. My loan wasn’t easy and I almost gave up but Justin was right there with me and allayed all my anxieties. Thank you.

NWMB was great to work with. We did everything online and fax till closing. Lots of paperwork was needed that was frustrating at times. The heroes program was great in reducing our closimg costs.

I started my process with NWMB late August/ early September. I was pre approved pretty promptly and chose to do business with them. I was then assigned my loan broker, Lamar who was AMAZING but they didn’t care for him as I did. Upon the process being started everything was smooth, Lamar was very informative and assuring, and always on top of things. Upon finding a home we initiated the contract and got everything together. Mind you at the beginning I was told the whole process would take 30-45 days bc of the specific loan. My closing date was set for October 23. We ran into a little information issue which was taken care of ASAP. I was told this would set back the closing date 7-10 days. Long story short the process ran over 2 weeks and some change, I was left in the dark and I never closed, all because the people handling my packet were fired or quit. I never once got notice of this issue until the day I was supposed to close. All anyone had to say was “we’ll look into this, and get back to you” words of the Chief of Operations officer Robert Altamore- whom never got back to me. Not to mention corporate was no help either. I WOULD NOT recommend this company ever.
