Dec 03,2020Corey was the person who I dealt with during the mortgage refinance process and he was great. There were a few things that transpired that I particularly didn't care for. One was the process was a little lengthy but let's chalk it up to the fact that we're in a pandemic. But overall it went well.

Dec 03,2020Words cannot describe how great Nationwide Mortgage Bankers were to my wife and I, specifically Jon Paul (JP) Wigfall who is the Senior Mortgage Loan Originator that handled our dealings. I've dealt with "big"/well known banks in the past and they don't come close to the personal touch, support and assistance that Nationwide provided us. I was in daily contact with JP and he would always answer my questions and wouldn't be happy until I fully understood everything. Everything was so squared away and on point that once we got to the closing table everything was smooth sailing and there was ZERO stress involved. I am definitely going to recommend Nationwide to all my friends, family and co-workers because they are truly second to none.

Nov 29,2020I applied to this company as I was referred by my mortgage company. Initially, I received a very good offer with a very nice new percentage rate for refinancing my mortgage. The company asked me to submit all the paperwork and requirements. They never send me the estimated cost for closure cost. They ran my credit without authorization. They also want me to sign documents without seen the information for the credit refinance. A waste of time and at the end the offer was fake.

Dec 03,2020My broker was phenomenal with my refinance. He was efficient and attentive even when my current lender threw a glitch into the refinancing process. I felt like he was genuinely invested in my best interest and took the time to explain the details when I had a question. I would recommend him and his company to anyone I know.
