Dec 11,2020I did not have a positive experience. Towards the end of the process, my Loan Officer was rude and there were alot of errors from typo errors which i repeatedly brought to his attention and he kept assuring me that it would get corrected when the final docs came in but was not corrected. He yelled at me for asking to see the settlement charges. There were issues with the escrow coordinator dropping the ball with notary public. We had an appointment to sign docs with the notary public on the close date, she forgot to come and no one knew what happened. Finally she arrived 3 hours later, never apologized and blamed it on the holiday. After we closed, there's still errors with the final payment of my mortgage amount which i had to redo all docs again twice after closing. They owed me money for holding the homeowners insurance and taxes when my previous mortgage company already paid. This was a terrible experience and I'm hoping that this experience is not indicative of how the company will service my loan.

Dec 04,2020AC Carrvetta was awesome! He kept us informed and was always in touch! Any questions we had were answered promptly. Closing was a little tricky, but not any fault of AC, it was just glitch with title company and one of the employees. AC kept us updated throughout the whole ordeal! One of the best guys to work with! Keep up the good work!

Dec 04,2020Justin was my loan officer and he was awful. It took him over 2.5 months to close my loan and he was rude, condescending, and forgetful. If it wasn’t for the free closing, I would have gone somewhere else. I do not recommend this company!

Dec 04,2020Loan representative Basit Rehman was fantastic. The rest of the process was slow as molasses taking just shy of 2 months from application to funding of the loan! Underwriting was the biggest contributor to the delay; very slow turnaround and very disappointing!
