Justin Alan King-Lippiner At NMBNOW provided me with the best rate and lowest fees of anyone for my refi’s... and I shopped around quite a bit. Process was also quick and smooth. What else can you ask for? Since refinancing with him, I’ve also referred him to several others which have also refi’d with him, or are in process. If you are looking for a home loan, make sure to check with Justin!

My experience with Nationwide was terrible. I was misinformed on items on several occasions throughout the process by the loan officer, some of which instances ended up costing me more money. The loan officer called me on one occasion trying to sell me a property and inquiring more details on what properties I was looking for (unethical considering my agent had introduced me to the lender), the closing took over 2 months (INSANE) and this ironically after they had guaranteed a 3 week close. I almost lost the investment property due to the the endless extensions that were needed and the poor service of Nationwide. I have no positive words and will ensure the investment community is aware of my experience, so I can hopefully spare fellow investors of this nightmare experience. Steer clear of Nationwide Mortgage Bankers fellow Real Estate Investors and consumers. You might lose your new property.

Loan went smooth, the only thing I didn't care for was the with the quick turn around my insurances where not all included in closing so I will be paying for windstorm in a one payment when due. Broker was attentive and quick to respond to questions.

The process to buy our home was a very good experience with the assistance of Mr. Conrad Bennett and Mr. Tishon Dodd. They're very detailed oriented and they explained our process step by step. I wish I could give 10 stars I would. The entire process was so smoothe, all dates were met as scheduled. The staff was very easy to work with, friendly, professional and most of all patient. I would like to give special recognition to Ed Kukla he is a saint! He answered all 101 questions I had each time, every time. IT didnt matter the day or time he listened. He made the process extremely easy and made sure it was nearly stress free. Thank you to all at Nationwide. I look forward to working with you again in future.
