We were very pleased with his services (again) as well as the ease and effectiveness of technology that the mortgage company uses. Great rate, immediate responses to all emails/calls and a smooth closing! Highly recommend to all!

Sep 30,2020I Initially declined to refinance because of COVID but the loan agent offered an alternative process. Also, consolidating my mortgages into a single loan and being able to save hundreds every month made my decision easier—to refinance. The process was mostly contactless, from start to finish and quite pleasant. My daughter handled a majority of the process with my loan agent. They only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was given tentative closing dates multiple times. Each time wondering if closing had occurred. Later I discovered the reason for each holdup but only after each tentative closing date passed. Despite that, I would still recommend Nationwide Mortgages Bankers to handle your mortgage needs.

Sep 27,2020Joseph Valdivieso brought us to NMB. He was fantastic in his supportive role and communicated daily with us through tour the process. The underwriting timeframe to get approved was the only reason I could not candidly give five stars; as our closing was delayed twice and we came close to losing the house and our escrow money as it was with that department for 19 days. We did have a good number of contingencies, which we addressed, and lots of documentation to gather, which may have caused the long, nerve wracking time in underwriting. Again, Joseph was there to assure us the Lon was progressing and we would close! Thank you

Sep 23,2020My production coordinator was Sean Chhugani. He was the greatest and so polite. He worked quickly and kept me in the loop thru the whole process of refinancing my home. He knew was not efficient on the computer and with no problem, he let me fax back and forth when needed. He answered my questions quickly and was very professional. Sep 23,2020My wife and I had the absolute pleasure to work with Darren Gopie and Laurel Thomas regarding our mortgage. Our mortgage was executed with knowledge and attention to detail that made the process amazingly easy. We were able to speak with Darren as needed even on the few occasions that was late at night or on the weekend. When it was time to close and Laurel was brought on, her attention to detail was also exceptional. She responded to emails in a timely fashion and her explanation of what was needed left no need for questions. I look forward to recommending this team to another family seeking homeownership. Sep 23,2020Everything was going along smoothly but at the last minute, at what I thought was a critical time in the process, my loan officer got laid off. The new person took over but she had some family issues which made it hard to get in touch with her. I was also traveling on vacation and unavailable (my original loan officer knew of my travels). It all worked out ok in the end (I believe). We'll have to wait and see once my loan is sold and I'm happy with who purchased it and their processes. I probably wouldn't use a broker type company again.

Sep 22,2020The deal they offered was great but communication with loan officer wasn’t what I’m use to. He was great calling me when he needed me to do something but I had extra paperwork to sign a few days later and only found out when notary contacted me. I never received a call to let me know loan had officially closed just began getting paperwork in the mail.

I chose Nationwide Mortgage Bankers after speaking to an agent whose excellent communication skills and professionalism led to closing in about three weeks, awesome isn’t it? His hard working team not only stuck to what they offered from the beginning, but worked with my needs better than I would’ve ever expected. They have been there for my every call, every concern and every question. There were no promises they couldn’t keep, no confusion, just a clear and simple business transaction. A truly outstanding experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a straight forward and honest refinancier.
