May 30,2024NACA has been an eye-opener for me and my family. They help families connect with financial education and resources to achieve dreams like homeownership. Overall, I had a very satisfactory experience in 3 years with them; the counselors take their time (and a lot of patience) to explain everything to the members; they explain when you are and when you are not financially ready to jump on a home loan. Show you how to budget. That's helpful because a lot of people go blind without calculating the impact and sign predatory loans that often end up failing to sustain and losing the house.

May 20,2024My counselor has been very receptive. The process can be long and tedious but I will say it forces you to take a hard look at your finances. The workshop and the workbook are very informative as well. Overall in my experience so far I would recommend using NACA.

May 15,2024Last year, I attended the workshop and began meeting with my counselor, I am so excited to start the process and received qualification to purchase my home through the NACA program. My counselor is awesome and takes the time to explain each step in the process and, what it takes to get to the next step. She is very helpful and patiently answers my million and one questions without hesitation. I am truly grateful for this opportunity.

When I met with my mortgage councilor, Sheila, I didn't have all the steps completed toward the next stage. She helped with a thorough walk through of everything and gave me the information needed to move ahead and she is available to contact any time with prompt response. I feel confiden't proceeding. Sheila is helpful and straightforward.

Attended a workshop in 2022 and went through the requirements because I knew when I was ready I would begin this journey as a first-time home buyer with Naca. so many pros to using them, don't hesitate to attend a workshop and decide for yourself.
