Feb 07,2024Naca is a wonderful program. I heard about it on a Facebook group with so many positive reviews in 2021. Attended a workshop in 2022. Went through the requirements because I knew when I was ready I would begin this journey as a first time home buyer with Naca. So many pros to using them, don’t hesitate to attend a workshop and decide for yourself if it makes sense to you.

Feb 06,2024My wife and I have just started our homebuying experience with NACA and are excited to work with them to realize our dreams of purchasing a home. Without them, there is definitely no way to make this dream a reality but today, NACA gives us hope and I cannot ask for anything better.

Jan 28,2024I've been through the NACA experience before and was approved twice before the pandemic. It was a blessing in disguise that the buyers decided to withdraw at the last minute pre Covid. Now I am back on track and ready to purchase either a multi-family or a work/live property. I just finished another home buyer workshop session with Timothy Armour who is fantastic and I look forward to finally purchasing my first home!

Jan 20,2024The NACA Program is truly bringing together a dream that I was starting to give up hope for. We have thee best counselor who is extremely detail oriented and cares about getting us our home. Without this program giving us affordable rates and helping with closing costs among other costs, we may never have had the chance to own a nice home.

Jan 20,2024NACA is a great program because the true value is in making sure that your funds are in order to make sure you can afford your mortgage every month. There are a lot of myths about the program and I can say no matter what you heard, the program works. The process was longer than expected, but and my counselor Laura,was great. She was patient, knowledgeable and stayed with us as we passed each milestone.

Buying a home for the first time is a wonderful experience, and I think that the NACA program is a great choice for first-time homebuyers. Fortunately, my professional counselor helps me complete all the required documents. I'm looking forward to being NACA qualified and excited to continue this journey with NACA!

Jan 16,2024NACA is an great first-time home buyer program for people who live in high housing areas. My counselor Ellen Petersen was a huge help in the process. She helped me get all the documents required and assisted me for 3 days straight during a NACA event. She is wonderful and I'm glad she I got during the process.

Jan 15,2024This is yet another great thing about NACA. I recently came across one of my credit scores. Auto insurance companies now include credit scores to help determine rates. With NACA, they don't treat you according to your credit score. At NACA, you are a real person with different situations and you are given some grace to work out a solution to obstacles that can arise with finances. During the workshop, I heard the representative say, NACA cares about one's character, not their credit. Right at that moment, I knew I was with the right place. It would have taken me a long time to repair my credit, because I have been working on my character. Go figure!

Feb 10,2024One of the worst experience I've ever had. Literally, I was yelled at by my Mortgage counselor and hung up on. Where in America (USA) do you have a counselor yell at the people they are working with/counseling.
