Oct 05,2024Unbelievable customer service. How many CEO'S of a company would ring you first thing on Monday morning. Raj was so apologetic and understanding of the situation. Frustration on our part probably led to the harsh review. It wasn't really directed at the company who do all they can. I suppose one it's left them it's in lap of the gods. A replacement is already on it's way which is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate in using Nesstar again. The prices are really good and I have to say again, the customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced

Sep 28,2024I ordered a ceramic sink over the internet and it was delivered 24 hours later. That's what i call service. The sink's make was Reginox and the quality is excellent. It was easy to fit and even knocking out the tap hole was relatively easy. Just follow the instructions.
