Our store is just a couple of minutes from the M27 and we have plenty of free parking outside. With over 45 years in the business, we've got bigger by being better. The customer service was superb, they were happy to answer all my questions and confirm guitars condition before I purchased. Sent by post, prompt delivery, guitar as new. Great communication from Andy who has been really helpful throughout. The amp arrived speedily and well packaged. Superb service, could not have asked for more - well recommended!

May 06,2015Bought a new (low-to-mid price) Bass which is not in Nevada's usual catalogue......absolutely no trouble @ all to order in.....arrived promptly.....great advice from Andy about other bits and pieces..... really great old-fashioned low/no-pressure advice that is so rare these days....Bass was sweet out of the box......no set up needed immediately (always a good sign)..........if you are a beginner or returner to playing go here...!

Apr 19,2015Ordered Squier Tele and Line 6 15 amp, all arrived well packaged, no damage or issues. Only problem was I booked delivery a week in advance so all items would arrive on a day I knew I would be in. Tele arrived on the day but amp was despatched separately for next day delivery ? and ended up in neighbours house for 15 hours until I could collect. Nevada were vey helpful over the phone but they should consider offering tracked delivery where you can re arrange or check ETAs direct with courier company. I would have been happy to have paid a few pounds more for this.

Apr 17,2015Ordered the ukulele from Nevada Music having seen Train perform Hey Soul Sister and thinking a ukulele would complement my guitars and banjo. Great packaging and rapid delivery followed. The ukulele arrived without blemish and it looks fab. Now all I have to do is wait until the 20th April to enjoy the ukulele that my great wife has bought for my birthday. Thank you to all at Nevada Music for having these ukuleles in stock for immediate despatch and the superb service.

Apr 10,2015I've bought a couple of guitars from Nevada Music before and have always been satisfied with their speed and reliability. A few days back I was looking to purchase a Dimarzio Crunch Lab, a signature pickup that I'm pretty sure has been discontinued. I saw that a few online shops still had them in stock, but I chose to go with Nevada because (A) they were cheaper and (B) I was familiar with them. At first I was apprehensive due to the pickup being discontinued, and I was worried that I would pay for the item only to be told that it was out of stock. But after a quick and friendly phone call I was told that the transaction was smooth and that my pickup had been posted. The courier service was APC Couriers, who were speedy and professional (although it took me about 20 minutes to unwrap the Gordian Knot of all parcels - better safe than sorry though, eh?). Overall a brilliant experience with a solid company, that I will definitely be using again.

Mar 30,2015I used google to find a TC Electronic RS4 footswitch, in googles list Nevada Music weren't quite the cheapest but i have bought from them before and know their service is excellent. They shipped the footswitch the same day (free) and it arrived brilliantly packaged next working day. Buy with confidence.

Very quick delivery times; excellent help on the phone, and a very good response when an item was missed from an order - it arrived the next day by express courier. These guys not only sell some great gear at good prices but their whole set-up works so well. Nevada is always my first choice when looking to buy any sort of gear or instruments.

A few minutes later he rang back to tell me he had managed to find one that was reserved but not collected. It was delivered the next morning. Many thanks Laurie and Nevada for such sterling service. Can't fault them second time I've used them always helpful I have no reason to use anyone else . Highly recommend.

Mar 09,2015We discovered this store several years ago on recommendation by a previous customer from Chichester. Since then we've bought at least four guitars from Nevada Music. The staff are really helpful and more importantly, knowledgable. The latest guitar has had some issues, not a fault by Nevada, but they have been extra helpful in trying to sort it. Great store just to look at the range available, a rare thing in our internet age.

Jun 05,2015Ordered the Novation Impulse 49 from Nevada Music. Because i wanted to order in the UK. So i didn't have to wait so long to get my hands on the afore mentioned keyboard. I was pleased with the quick delivery and the keyboard was in excellent condition. I had to check wether the keyboard was suitable to use with a synthesizer module so i contacted them and got an answer quickly. A++++ seller!!!.
