Nevada Music is an award winning music store, located in Portsmouth, UK. We stock a huge range of guitars, keyboards, drums, amplifiers, studio, PA and DJ equipment. Our store is just a couple of minutes from the M27 and we have plenty of free parking outside. With over 45 years in the business, we've got bigger by being better. All of the staff at Nevada take personal pride in providing the best customer service possible.

Jan 13,2015On januari 12th, 2015 I ordered a Tech21 RK5 (Richie Kotzen signature) for shipping to the Netherlands. Thanks to Chris Masters for his support by telephone I received the RK5 the next day. (within 24 hours!!). He also informed me that the RK5 will come with a UK-style 3-pin mains plug. I have to buy a adaptor in The Netherlands. So I did and I can test the RK5 immediately with the adaptor. Wow!! Good sound and great effectpedal. I am very happy with the good service and support. Jan 08,2015We were really pleased with the prompt delivery service, however, the Fender bass amp that we purchased came with an American plug on it. We called the store, and they said some come with US plugs, and some with UK plugs ! Surely that should be checked before it leaves the store ? We had to make a special trip to exchange the lead, and although we received an apology, that was all. But worse, my son was unable to play his guitar on Christmas Day, and it was his main present. We were disappointed to say the least. Also, I was not advised about the cable I needed when I spoke to a shop assistant, so I had to place a second order, once I realised. That all said, now we've sorted it all out, we're really pleased with the guitar and amp.

Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to do business with. Don't even look anywhere else before you try them

Jan 06,2015I ordered a guitar ukulele just before Christmas and it arrived very quickly without any issues. Unfortunately one of the strings broke 5 minutes after it had been unwrapped. I contacted Nevada music who sent me out new strings. I would recommend the company to everyone. Beautiful instruments, fast delivery and excellent service.

Jan 02,2015My appetite to start playing guitar again after a twenty year break was cemented as soon as I entered the Nevada store. The choice and price ranges available were second to none. The staff were in no way pushy and I was ably assisted by Spike and Graham, experienced musicians who are regular visitors to the store and who shared their unbiased views on the products available. Many thanks to them as well as Nevada's highly knowledgeable staff for assisting me in making the purchase that I am so pleased with. See you all again, for sure. Happy New Year.........

Dec 15,2014Just bought my Son a guitar for Xmas. We tried a lot of guitars not really sure what we should be getting. The staff were all very patient & helpfull. Roy the Manager had a lot of usefull knowledge. We came away very satisfied that we made the right choice. We also have a very happy Son! Will defiantly be using the store again.

Dec 08,2014Ordered a Boss GT-100 during the Black Friday promotion, there was a problem with stock levels shown on the website, but the guys pulled the stops out to get a unit delivered to me and honour the discount. Outstanding customer service! Nevada Music saved on my favourites, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A shame that I don't live nearer to Portsmouth so that I could pop in and browse!!! Boss GT-100...... Awesome! Mr. Chew sweetie included in the package........ Most Awesome!!

Feb 13,2015I purchased a Gibson S.G. back in 2013 and was very pleased with the help and service and was allocated some 'loyalty' points at the time. Recently we reformed our 60's band and I was in the market for a new echo / delay pedal, you can't play 60's instrumentals without one, and Nevada music came to mind. With one phone call I found out from a very friendly lady that loyalty points were discontinued a while back but she was able to give me something off the cost of the TC Triple Delay Pedal. within a few moments it was all sorted and I received the purchase next day. You can't get any better service than that - Thanks very much and well done Nevada Music - Highly recommended.
