Our store is just a couple of minutes from the M27 and we have plenty of free parking outside. With over 45 years in the business, we've got bigger by being better. Nov 04,2014This was my first purchase from Nevada, and based on the excellent customer service I received throughout, I'm now sure it won't be my last! Having seen a nicely priced secondhand Ibanez CMM1 guitar on the Nevada website, I decided to throw caution to the wind and give them a ring to find out more, and hopefully do a deal. Andy was both helpful and knowledgable, and gave me the confidence to "go for it" and place my order on the phone. I not only got the deal I was looking for on a great guitar, but I was kept informed of the progress of my order and the delivery was made excatly as promised. The guitar was also extremely well packaged for the rigours of postage and arrived with me in perfect condition. Top marks to Nevada and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. This is customer service for you I e-mailed Nevada yesterday after receiving my guitar and noticed i had no trussrod allan keys with it. Today get a message back.They are sending a set to me free of charge in the post today. I thought that was great service,Very nice people to speak to on the telephone as well..

Jul 11,2014We bought 8 Kinsman OPS55 folding music stands. We wanted these stands to take a ring binder so we wanted a deep shelf/lip. The stand is robust and well made and it comes with a very strong bag. Our ring binders are quite heavy and they sit comfortably on the stands and we are very pleased with them. I placed my order on Wednesday and the stands arrived at 9.30 the following day. Could not ask for a better service. Would definitely deal with Navada Music again without hesitation.

Jun 28,2014I want to give Nevada and their staff 5 stars for their excellent customer service they've provided me over the handling of a recent return I had to make. People should know even with the most awkward and heavy of items (in my case, 2.1 studio monitors) they should buy in confidence. Even if you're just a little bit unsatisfied with the product; just give them an email within 8 working days of purchase. They ordered in, they delivered, they picked up again, they refunded, all without any additional cost. - Something I imagine they had to pick up the bill for. Well, writing this positive review here is the least I can do. I would absolutely make Nevada Music my first port of call for any future purchases.

Jun 17,2014Ordered a Gretsch Guitar case - which wasn't in stock. The shop staff rang the suppliers and rang me straight back and advised me on a delivery time. I ordered it on friday and received it on the following Monday - very impressed! Great shop, great service, great staff!!

May 10,2014Having had a small number of bad experiences over the years, with online sellers, I now tend to enter the online buying process with cynicism and a little paranoia... Thus, it's great to report that in this instance, I needn't have been anxious. I put in an order for a new Strat, late on Tuesday night and duly received the right guitar on Thursday afternoon, doubly packaged and as safe as house-shaped things. So, kudos to the good people at Nevada for their excellent work & service. Would I recommend them to others and would I buy from them again? A big yes, to both questions!

Having settled on an Epiphone BB King edition he helped me to choose the appropriate Amp and accessories to complete my kit. We then struck a most agreeable complete price and I collected everything as promised a short time later with no fuss or big sell!. A great deal overall and a Big Thank you to Roy @ Nevada for his help and professional approach.

Feb 15,2014I had been let down getting hold of a Gretsch acoustic by another company (Gear4Music), and spotted that Nevada had what I wanted in stock. I ordered at about 12:30 in the afternoon and they had it with the courier by 2pm! Fantastic. There was a slight problem with Parcelforce failing to find my house (but looking at Trustpilot reviews of Parcelforce it doesn't seem unusual for them to get things wrong!). After emailing Nevada who I believe got onto them, things started happening and I received my new guitar. Very well packaged, great price, fantastic service. I feel much better buying from these guys rather than Am*z*n too. So thanks to all at Nevada, I'll definitely use you again!

Feb 14,2014I shopped around on line for the Boss Gt 100 I bought from Nevada. Before placing order i asked many questions and was pleased with the full answers that did not try to persuade me to buy. Staff member seemed genuinely happy to help whether she made a sale or not. Refreshing attitude. She matched the best price then added a high quality gig bag for free. Cheerful staff member advised on delivery. It was well packed and delivered as promised on time. I would highly recommend the value for money and the quality of service.

Feb 09,2014I was interested in a Telecaster that Nevada had for sale and they kindly provided me with all the information that I requested and consequently got a sale. The excellent guitar was superbly packaged for transit in a double box (reading this Andertons?) and I love it. Nevada's customer service and communication is very effective.
