Got emails throughout the process keeping me informed of what was happening. js-8 was un-damaged and worked perfectly well. The guitar was exactly what I expected and it was really well packaged so that it arrived safely. They were also one of the only shops to have this model in stock. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Feb 29,2012I recently purchased a 12 string acoustic from Nevada, and the reason I went there in the first place was their stock which was unusually large for a relatively uncommon instrument. They had (in my price range), 2 Ibanez, a Takamine, an Ovation, a Yamaha. I was given plenty of time and advice to choose what was 'right' for me, from a very helpful sales assistant and ended up ordering a 'fresh' Ibanez EW2012 from them. Having the choice to try them out was absolutely critical to me and as a consequence, am delighted with my purchase, actually preferring my choice over more expensive guitars. The shop is a goldmine in terms of vast stock (awesome on walking in there for the first time) and helpful staff, both over email prior to purchase, and in the salesroom.

Feb 29,2012I would like to echo the views of other Nevada users. This was my first purchase from them, only some high quality Imedion rechargeable batteries which are a bit hard to find but Nevada had the best price with free postage i could find anywhere and yes, I mean anywhere including good old fleabay! Items arrived within 2 working days of order and I was kept very well informed by email of my orders progress throughout. One of the best on line shopping experiences I have had and one which will be very hard to beat!

Feb 24,2012I ordered my Epiphone Joe bonamassa goldtop Les paul from Navada Music,and i am extremely satified with their service,promt delivery service also very helpful with information.I must say i was slightly worried if i would find it in good condition on arrival but double box packing and the air cushion bags were amazing, after opening the shaped hard case i could not believe the stunning looks of J B Goldtop and the tone from the Gibson Burstbuckers was amazing,i would definately use Navada Music again and recommend them and that comes from a seasoned guitarist and guitar tutor.
