Nevada Music is an award winning music store, located in Portsmouth, UK. We stock a huge range of guitars, keyboards, drums, amplifiers, studio, PA and DJ equipment. Our store is just a couple of minutes from the M27 and we have plenty of free parking outside. With over 45 years in the business, we've got bigger by being better. All of the staff at Nevada take personal pride in providing the best customer service possible.

Our local music store Music Warehouse were let down by Martin's suppliers and contacted Nevada on my behalf as they knew they had what I wanted in stock. Lou and April at MW are personal friends and when they recommended Nevada I knew they wouldn't let me down. It's not like they're superheroes or anything...they just do exactly what they promise in a fast, efficient and friendly way. This makes them stand out as one to use again and I'll certainly be thanking Lou and April for directing me their way. Remember folks, use these guys...they deserve our support. Carl Seager

I ordered my items early a.m. 9th Dec, they were delivered before 09:00 the very next day. All are for Xmas Pressies, so apart from determining that they are in one pieces, I'm unable to determine if they need further support. However the company reviews I've read assure me that if there are any problems, they will be heard and some solution reached.

I contacted Chris at Nevada Music about buying a guitar pedal I was unable to find over here in the US. He was extremely helpful in finding the pedal and processing my order. It arrived safe and sound and it works great. I really appreciate Chris' help and Nevada Music for allowing me to buy the pedal I was unable to find over here.

I have bought many items from Navada including, a guitar, keyboard and various other equipment. I have always found the service brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, and they fully understand that we are not all musical and need advice on what to buy out budding children stars. They are very competitive and always try to match the product with the need of the customer. I would highly recommend Navada for all your musical requirements

Wanted a keyboard stand but didn't want to spend a lot because given keyboard and wasn't sure whether learning keyboards was just going to be a phase! Nevada really helpful about options. Didn't try to sell me better than I needed. Very speedy delivery. Would definitely use again.

I was looking for a specific instrument from Epiphone. Having the list of dealers in front of me, as soon as I saw Nevada, I prayed they would have the instrument I wanted. I had previously helped my parents purchase an instrument from Nevada, and knew how great they were. I was not disappointed. They had the guitar I wanted, and the cheapest of all those I'd looked at, and with free next day delivery, I was really, really happy with the service I got. They emailed me every step of the way, and I even got texts off the delivery company. The transaction was faultless, and would tell anybody I knew to use them.

I was so impressed, I knew there would be extra shipping as I was in the Channel Islands but as it turned out the VAT refund was more than the shipping cost so I woke up to find a refund in my paypal account already! Excellent communication from the store, would recommend to anybody!

I went and bought my new fender deluxe reverb amp in store at nevada, they were very helpful, gave me loads of time to try the amps and pedals and all the right information I needed, I won't be shopping anywhere else for some time.

Bought a used VOX Guitar cab from Nevada, via eBay... but also had some email / phone call interaction too. I wanted the item next day, rather than the standard economy shipping option provided... as I was home the following day. They agreed to ship it in with no extra costs. Fantastic !! I work in a guitar shop myself so understand all the logistics behind the scenes... but they tackled it all very efficiently and professionally. If I was to be picky the item could have been packed with a bit more care but luckily is was mint on arrival. Highly recommend my own rivals !!

Ordering from Nevada was really simple. After an initial enquiry to find out if they could ship out to my location they provided the help and advice required and looked for the best options available for me. As we live in the woolyt wilds of the Highlands, getting a music shop aint easy so an efficient, well stocked online supplier like Nevada is a Godsend. They were the only site where I could find what I was looking for and setting up an account was so straight forward. Item dispatched immediately and although we don`t expect next day delivery where we live, the item arrived very quickly indeed. Well Done!!!!
