Aug 12,2024Jeanette is wonderful, she explains things in a manner one can understand and does not make you feel ignorant when you still do not understand. For a first time homeowner, NAF is great, I really hope Jeanette is your point of contact, and it is quick at first with lots of paperwork, at the end, it gets a bit slow with less communication which made me wonder what was happening, that is them working behind the scenes to finalize everything. There is not as much contact and that scared me a bit, but rest assured if you reach out, you will get the answers. Jeanette is awesome and I would recommend anyone starting this process to start with her!

Aug 09,2024I started the end of June with new American funding for a 2nd mortgage. It’s now August and still no idea what is going on. The first loan officer never returned calls or emails. After getting another loan officer who was good the first two weeks after that the same thing, not returning calls or emails.Do Not use this company and definitely do your research on it. Involved Law suits and customer service complaints. I should have believed the reviews!!!!!
