Aug 31,2024Skip and Peyton were very responsive and friendly throughout the whole process, no matter how many times we asked them for clarification or advice. This was our first time buying a home, so we were quite overwhelmed by the process. However, Skip and his team simplified a lot of it and helped put our minds at ease. They got all of our paperwork processed on time, even when we had a hiccup that pushed the closing date up by a few days. Even our realtor, who’s been in the field for decades, praised Skip on his communication and quick turn around time on responses. She was as pleasantly surprised as we were by the service we got! In the end, we might’ve gotten our dream home because of Skip’s organization and his readiness to team up with our realtor on short notice to help make our offer stronger.
