Aug 28,2024The worst experience ever! There was poor communication and a lack of understanding about the loan process and requirements at the start. The processing time was excessively long, with delayed requests and updates causing significant inconvenience. After signing the closing documents, I was shocked to find out the loan was denied. The explanation given made no sense, and the loan officer was unable to provide a clear reason for the denial.
