May 30,2024We started with a promise of a 3 week close,after jumping through many hoops and two and half months later we were told they weren't going to fund the mortgage. We found out they cancelled the house insurance policy, they made us get, 10 days before they denied our loan. We had cancelled our previous insurance on their demand. If something had happened during this time frame it would've been disastrous for me and my husband. Poor communication between lender and us and misleading. I found a different company and so far so good. Don't deal with these folks they are liars and not trustworthy.
