I like that this predominantly accomplished over phone calls, online, and with relative ease. It was very convenient for my wife and I since we work 9-5 jobs and have relatively unknown day-to-day schedules. NAF made this experience simple, yet easy to understand for someone with a busy schedule.

I was/am a first-time homebuyer so I entered this process very green with limited knowledge of how the home buying process was to go. From our very first phone conversation, Nader Kiarang was patient with all of my questions, respectful, and friendly. Never once did I feel discouraged or put down, and I never felt any pressure in any part of the process. While my purchase went a little long due to the nature of this specific sale, Nader was always there to cheer me on and get us both over the finish line. From day one, Nader felt like a trusted friend, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering starting the process of buying a home.

Normally my experiences are good but after having an agent charge the wrong debit card and getting the run around to get them to charge the right card my opinion has changed. I simply want to pay my mortgage and it's been like pulling teeth. My debit is overdrawn dramatically n now their not wanting to fix it. Call ur bank ybey say...yet it was their error. I had 2 cards on file but only one was used over the past 3.5 years for auto pay. Y use a card from 4 years ago that I didn't give permission to b used.

Jan 25,2024The overall closing process was smooth and well coordinated by NAF. Documents were not asked repeatedly, Loan officer and the loan processing officer were very knowledgeable and were able to clarify all our questions and they knew what they next step would be. One thing they could have organized is what activities can be done in parallel instead of sequencing it, so we too have sometime to get required information. For example - Letter from HR for remote work authorization. This was asked towards the end of closing and we had to chase our managers and HR to provider the same. Instead if this was asked a little earlier, we could have planned with our managers and HR.
