Jan 03,2024We were all excited because we where put under the impression everything looked good. Then all of a sudden our credit score had to increase by 25 points. I received message after message stating credit score had increased by 18 points 5 points and 2 points for a total of 25 points called them back and still nothing. I feel like they wanted me to get someone to add me to their bank account so they could fraud them. So grateful to GOD that I didn't take their advice. Careful folks good luck to all

Dec 30,2023My experience felt like a political one. Great communication and full of promises... until they're hired. My requests to accommodate my disability kept being 'forgotten', once the appraiser was hired he kept texting me, even asking me to take and send additional photos. THEN the loan was denied due to findings by the appraiser that were later debunked by an inspector. Of course I paid for the appraisal and am now out the money. Unprofessional on so many levels. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Jan 04,2024Christopher Kim was my loan servicer, and I was impressed that he really wanted my business, even when I didn't have a house picked out yet. He called me every couple weeks to see how my hunt was coming along. And when I had questions, he answered them within a day. The other loan providers I shopped with didn't respond to my questions very quickly, and seemed to forget I existed if I hadn't talked to them within a week. I feel like I got a pretty good deal with New American Funding too. They have a pretty low loan origination price, compared with most other lenders, and were willing to meet or beat the cost of any other lenders.
