From coordinating connecting with a skilled partner real estate agent, to helping understand what loan options were available to match my income, credit, and saved down payment, to guiding through the process, and sweetening the deal with perks like utility transfer concierge and a refinance offer in case rates go down, there were people and tools to help every step of the way. I had more than a little bit of anxiety about the home buying process as a first time buyer, but between the knowledgeable people and the available tools, NAF was a one stop shop and made things easier than anticipated.
