Jan 29,2025They sent me faulty product. All 50 of the tins had product that was opened inside and they refused to take it back. I opened a dispute case with my CC company and the Nicokick immediately changed their tune and said I could send the product back if I cancelled the dispute case. So I did, and I sent the product back. Now they won't respond to emails or give me my refund back. CRIMINAL THEFT.

Most recently I ordered some stuff and the tracking number didn't update for 2 weeks so I contacted them and they told me the package was lost in transit and I'd be refunded the order. So I reordered the items and received them promptly. Then I noticed I wasn't receiving a refund for the original order. So I contacted them and no response. Then all of a sudden I received the original order, but no refund. Now I'm stuck with paying twice. I wasn't planning on spending the extra money because I'm tight on finances. Now I cannot pay a bill because I had spent too much on this website. I'm not sure if I feel confident ordering from them again. Waiting on an explanation from the customer service person that told me I was getting refunded. I'd be happy to return the extra order so I can get my refund.

Jan 17,2025I have been shopping at NicoKick.com since 2019 and have never had a problem on any order. I order about every 3 months so that is about 20 orders over the years. I read all the "bad" reviews and nearly every one is related to shipping. Shame on Trustpilot for not removing those reviews because merchants have no control over packages that get lost in the mail. Allowing those reviews to persist is simply slanderous. A merchant review should only be about the merchant, not about things out of the merchants control.

Jan 17,2025Items missing from my order, contacted them, they asked for me to send a photo of what i got. they in turn sent me a photo of the warehouse scan showing "My order" in a tub. So refused to refund or reship. I pleaded my case that i did not receive one of the items i ordered. So... i guess i am screwed out of money. will NOT order from them again. Never had issues with them before, they were great, but this one left a very sour taste in my mouth. UPDATE: on 1/20/25 i received an email that they are sending my missing items after telling me that they were not going to be able to do that. So i will update this when i receive the items, but for now. i will leave it as a 2 star, and will update to 5 star when received. UPDATE: on 01/22/2025 i received all items delivered today, while i am not happy about the initial response, they did in fact make it right. thank you for that and i can officially recommend them again. Again.. Thank you for making this right.
