Jan 04,2025I placed an order in May 2024 just before the great ZYN shortage. I understood that things may be backed up but weeks and months went by without any update. I finally emailed them in late July and the response was super rude. Basically telling me to just wait my turn. Finally in Sep they issued a refund however this refund was about $20 short of what I originally paid. I emailed them several times asking about the difference and now it is Jan 2025 and I have yet to hear back from them. I was just trying to stock up prior to being deployed overseas as I didn't know what the ZYN situation would be.

Jan 02,2025I did a review already and you guys responded to it. But there’s no way for me to respond to your response. I placed an order it said it was delivered to an ups locker. I never got it and I don’t have a locker. I emailed and never got a response. Your response to my previous review says you emailed me on 12/23 with next steps. That’s bogus because I’ve gone through every inbox,spam and folder I have and there’s nothing from you guys. It’s incredibly hard to get ahold of you guys. I’d love someone to actually email me.
