Jan 10,2025I have used nicokick many times ordering many different products and I have received everything in a timely manor. However, on my last two orders there have been missing products. Both times I have reached out to customer service and I received a refund. Which is great, but I specifically requested that the missing product from my last order be shipped. Nicokick customer service kindly informed me that the system has a minimum number of cans to reship. Nicokick is a great site with good selection and pricing, however, the missing product from my last two orders waivers my confidence in ordering with nicokick. Side note- Nicokick customer service is some of the best I’ve seen, this seems to be a warehouse/packing issue.

I try to reset password and got an error too and never got an email reset link or option so I had to make a new account. After that, the age verification would not use because I had to use a different first name and the license test fail. 30 min later, I finally got in. Very frustrating

Jan 12,2025I love the website and ease of ordering. However, I ordered 10 cans of ON! Coffee. When I opened one it looked all dried, felt hard and tasted stale. I tried 3 different cans and the same. I couldn’t find a date on any of the cans. I emailed them twice and got no reply. I’m going to try ordering one more time hoping it was a fluke. If this next order is the same, I’m done with this website!
