Nov 15,2024I placed an order. Didn't receive it. They basically said in response too bad, the deliveries are shipped via UPS Surepost and aren't ensured. This is the 2nd time having an issue with my order in only 4 total orders. Not good.

Nov 07,2024While I understand that shortages and such may impact pricing, but the crazy price increases and shipping makes Nicokick no longer the best prices on the market. Along with rarely offering special discounts or even free shipping for large orders, it is apparent that it was all about building a customer base then jacking up prices on customers to inflate their profits. I now purchase elsewhere that has lower prices and great customer service. Sent information since they didn't seem to think I was a customer even though I have spent a few hundred dollars with them the last few months. You would think they would try to keep customers, but don't seem to say anything but sorry, too bad.
