Sep 24,2024I have been waiting patiently for my order for weeks. I contacted customer service inquiring about my order and I was given a refund without my authorization. I did not request nor want a refund. I am STILL waiting for my order. What kind of company doesn't call their customers and see what THEY want? I expect a call from a manger tomorrow and for my order to ship tomorrow, Sept. 24, 2024. I will update my review if proper customer service is given by Nicokick. UPDATE: 9/24/2024 Customer Service has emailed a 10% coupon and so far refuses to ship my original order and honor original order price. Still waiting.

Sep 15,2024My first two orders with Nicokick were great, my last one however has been a bit of a mess. In my last order, I ordered 50 cans and paid for FedEx 2 Day Air delivery. When my order arrived I received only 5 cans. When I reached out about the mistake it took 6 days for them to respond. Once they did, they indicated they resolved the issue and sent me new tracking information. This time however they shipped via USPS and will take three weeks to arrive. In short, it will take five weeks for me to receive my original order.
