May 10,2024Taste and private enjoyment a good value. Except, prices continue to rise shadowing that of a pack of smokes. I purchased for several reasons. First, was low price point. Second, nicotine. Third, flavor. And lastly, don't stink. But, prices continue to rise and reaching a value of smoking or dipping. Maintain a kind price point= maintain solid customer base. Choices made?

May 09,2024I've been purchasing Zyn on Nicokick for a few years. They are a reliable company, and I've only had one issue with an incorrect item (they refunded me). I would rate them higher, but I'm getting more and more annoyed. It seems like every time I log in over the past 1.5 years, they've jacked up the price of Zyn. It's at the point where it doesn't even make sense to purchase from them anymore. It's literally cheaper per tin at my local gas station. And where I used to get coupon codes from them in my email pretty regularly, it's been at least two years since I've received one.

May 03,2024I had ordered a package on the 21st of last month. It's now the 2nd of this month and nothing has been sent out. They had no problem printing a label on the 22nd and saying it has been sent out, but according to any tracking number I have, nothing has been done. I contacted support, they said to wait until the 2nd, today, to get a refund? I'd rather just have my package, but it doesn't look like they're capable of doing that. I could've ordered some cans from overseas and had faster shipping than this. This is my first experience with the company and it's looking like it will be my last. Edit - I'm changing my review to 5 stars. It really should be, at most, 4 stars, but I'm really happy with how they handled everything once somebody caught wind of what was going on. They reshipped my package the morning after my review (less than 12 hours) and gave me a refund on a can. I still received the can, so, I guess it was a gift? After reshipping my package, it only took a few days to get here, which makes me think what happened to me at first is in the minority of what could happen, even though it was my first order. How they handled it once I wrote my review gives me more confidence in making another order once I use what I have on me now.
