I know that there’s a shortage on zyns but why would you guys change my order from 10 6mg wintergreen zyns to 10 3mg spearmint zyns.. that’s just wrong on so many levels. Either say you don’t have it when I order or don’t charge me for it and don’t send. How is this even legal?

The shipping’s great, the website and ordering process simple, and the age verification process didn’t make me want to gouge my eyes out. Local stores are charging upwards of $7/can; I pay close to $3/can on average on nicokick.

Jul 02,2024My experience with Nicokick has been excellent. The prices are good, and shipping times are short. I switched to Velo from Zyn, and the product and value are much better. My only issue has been broken pouches recently from Velo. Not just one or two, but six and eight pouches per can. The value starts becoming less when you have that many defective pouches in each can.

Jul 02,2024!!WARNING!! THEY REQUEST A RETURN AFTER SHIPPING IT! I decided to give NicoKick a try and placed an order. Initially, everything seemed fine as they shipped the package quickly. However, on the expected delivery day, I noticed that the tracking status showed “unable to deliver shipment.” Assuming it was because I wasn’t home, I planned to pick it up. When I called to arrange the pickup, I was informed that there were “no notes as to why the sender requested to have it returned.” Essentially, NicoKick had requested the return of the package without any explanation. I had concerns based on reviews I read on Reddit, but decided to take a chance. My order was over $100, so this was not a minor issue.

I personally love the ON! pouches because they are so small and discreet. The mint flavor is superior by far and lasts so much longer than any other flavor I have tried. I started higher and worked my way down and now I only use the smallest milligram offered (2mg) and have stayed that way for about 3 years now. (Now it’s the addiction of the actual habit that I have to kick…) The customer service is also great- very helpful and polite! I have only ever had one problem, and it was corrected quickly and efficiently. The convenience and easy to navigate website is definitely a major plus! They also have awesome prices and deals fairly often!! *Only wish they were even more frequent. For anyone looking to quit dipping, this is a sure fire bet. Because they have such a wide variety of strengths and flavors and brands.
