I reached out thru the customer service number and spoke with the very pleasant Ryen who quickly posted a refund to my card for the shortage. What more can you ask for? One suggestion; maybe change an order of that size to a box instead of a bag. Thanks for the quick action! Look forward to my next order because the prices and discounts are great compared to local store pricing.

Jun 27,2024I made a couple orders, and everything was fine, until my last one. There was a mistake, and I was missing 3 items, but it wasn't a big deal these things happen. I sent them an email and got an auto response, figured we would get this sorted out. 2 weeks later, nothing. I send another email and get an auto response they will be in contact case # etc etc. Nothing. Ive now sent 3 email and haven't had my issue fixed or addressed. an entire month and nothing. Don't order because the second something it wrong they will not help you.

Jun 27,2024DO NOT ORDER FROM NICOKICK! I placed an order on June 9th. I received a notice on June 10th that a shipping label has been created. The label is still in created status and has not moved since then. I emailed the support team about a week later with zero response. I just emailed them again and have now asked for my money back. There is no reason a company should allow you to purchase a product that they don't actually have. When I go onto any site to place an order they will 100% indicate if they have that item in stock and will only allow you to place an order if they do not have it in stock. If you try calling to cancel, they are only open for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. Really? I really hope they respond to the latest email or I will need to dispute with my bank.

Jun 13,2024So Ive used Nicokick for a while now, I was just charged 98.00 for 15 cans of ZYN. what a complete rip off they charged over 32 dollars in taxes. This will be the last time I use nicokick ever. Its way cheaper to buy in the gas stations. I would recommend not buying from this company and support your local stores. For one its cheaper, two they are a complete rip off.
