Jun 13,2018I like that you guys give full service of stitching and getting all related items. I do it need to run around the shops. There were couple of issues with my order though. One lehenga I ordered had description as pink but the actual lehenga was red. Stitching can be better too, it looks very low quality as threads keep coming out of stitches.

Jun 13,2018i receive wrong order. Last time i asked one of your representative whether the lehenga will come same or not he said it will come exactly same. But it is completely different i bought it for a 84 dollar and when i tried to return it shipping charge me like 40 box seriously. This is so not fair. I recommend nine colors to all but i was ashamed. will never and ever buy from you guys. Very cheap and disgusting

Jun 13,2018I received the worst dress and a worst stitching. My entire was a waste of money. Dresses were absolutely not like in the pictures they show on their site. Very transparent. the lining they used is not enough. Cheap quality materials and poor stitching. When I asked to return them, they didn't respond for 3 times...after sending many pictures, I received a response saying it is what it is for $75 dress. Waste of my money....never buying from this site anymore. Don't waste your money. Buy from a reputed sites.

Charged my credit card and made my order look like it was being processed for a month, then after me questioning with your team about what was going on with my order, told me that some of the items were not available. After telling me many times the items were in stitching. That is outright lying to your customer. Then offering me a refund and when I asked to be refunded the interest amount for sitting with my money for MORE than a month was told by your people that this is the risk I took when I placed my order. Needless to say I am NEVER ordering from you again.

Jun 13,2018I ordered with this company last year so much clothes.no good material, missing pieces for my Saree.i don't get my blouse piece. Stains on my clothes. In pictures they put good pictures in real very bad clothes material. No good customer service. They don't give you money back for bad and missing product. I have very bad experience with this company. I messaged them so many times but no response. I was really mad.i never buy with them again. I buy other companies clothes online they give good service. Ninecolours worst company. I missing my product no refunds. Cheating with overseas customers.

Jun 13,2018First and last time ordering clothes. The outfit I reveived look NOTHING like the product I ordered online. It was cheap, the sizing was off, and I did not receive the clothes within the timeframe I was promised. A big waste of money. Very disappointed. I will never order from you again.

Jun 13,2018The churdidar was stitched so badly. The stitches where not straight they did not close the seams. The quality of net material was cheap and was sticking to the leg. Overall the product was ugly for the price paid. I had repurchase another dress.
