Jan 13,2017Please do not trust their product . They ship the wrong product and when you have to return they want the customer to pay for shipping. I ordered UNSTITCHED and got a stitched product. not sure where they got my size from? UTSAV is a better and good compnay. NINEcolour need to be out of business.

Jan 12,2017I have purchase 3 kurtas (Unstiched ) from them. Material, size and design is totally different from photo. I received it on friday evening only. I send an request for return on monday morning. One one is replying for two days. after i send reminder then they reply as "return issue should be informed within 24hours"". But in my parcel It is mentioned as "7DAYS" return. So, That people are cheating. Don,t waste your Money on it.

Dec 05,2016Trust this review and go to another website..Even after reading the bad reviews I decided to give nine colors a chance...I ordered several products, after the order was placed I get an email stating 1 item is out of stock. All were to be my size and I had given careful measurements. I needed the items for several wedding events. When I got the items all 3 were different sizes, 1 was very tight that I could not even move my hands....1 was so big 2 people can fit into,, the last item was so small I just could not fir into it. The fabric also was not what I read on the site.....needless to say I had to FIND OTHERS CLOTHES FOR THIS WEDDING......SPEND A BIT MORE MONEY BUT GO TO A MORE RELIABLE SITE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS....EMAIL ME FOR THOSE SITES

Nov 26,2016I shop online a lot and this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Inordered 8 outfits and they were all horribly made. On top of that they send a printout of the item itself and it looks nothing like it at all. Their customer service has prescripted responses so talking to them is useless. Do not waste time here.

Oct 27,2016Finally got my order day later than I was told, but the stitching suxs, I asked for zippers and no zipper, missing dupatta when asked said Gown doesn't come with one when the description clearly states Net Dupatta. THe cups on my gown is on my shoulder (WT@) they say no refund b/c its stitched (custom) WT@ its not done to my measurements I gave. On line help (chat) is bad they leave the 1/2 thru the conservation. and every time you talk to them you get different answers I was told Saturday my stuff was going to be mailed on Monday, on Monday it was Tuesday I got email saying it was being mailed but when I checked the status it was Not mailed till Wednesday. I was promised I will have it by Thursday so when I asked the online help they ask for order # etc but than leave conversation without saying anything. order was placed almost 3 weeks ago.

Jun 27,2016Hey peeps just as this site looks so glamorous n helpful it's not!! N I'll tell u why I bought about 5 items online as it said free shipping worldwide n cashback( seemed a good offer) but when I got the items they were never as described I scored each items 2/10 blouses for 2 sarees were not a complete set I mean it wasnot even enough to complete a blouse hence I had to spend another $ 50 each to source materials for saree.' The third saree blouse did come completely different n cheap material only 1 saree came ok the rest two were all cheap and flimsy!! The Lehenga was too long like for 6 foot people M Hence I spent about extra $100 here looking for the blouse material as the one they sent wasnot enough material n half !! N already spent over $300 buying the product n the cashback is only apparently used if u buy more products from them which I'll never do. When I raised the matter several times they said they'll get back but it's been months never heard back from them!!! So buyers pls b aware!! I want all my refund back or atleast 70 % coz I can't even wear them coz they for that bad quality

As a result, i could not wear dress on party. overall good and they have very good collection of cloth in cheaper price.but they should ship products in time. it would make people to order products again.Order#100025752

May 10,2016I finally got the stuff after a month and OMG quality is so bad, tht no words can describe. This website is nothing but 100% scam. Please DO NOT purchase from this website, specially if you are oversees. These people take full advantage of the fact that people oversees will not be able to get them and that is why they will send pieces of rags that my dog can bite the cloth into would still be in much better condition than what they have sent. Unbelievable, they are not only liars and unprofessional, they are plain scammers who are there for one and only one thing - scam people like nigerian scam.
