Aug 15,2023I ordered two sarees from Ninecolours at a total cost of $200. They arrived the wrong size/stitched wrong (by a long way) and missing some important details that I had paid for. I had not made a mistake in the information I had provided. Initially they were not overly helpful but after a few weeks of emailing back and forth they eventually agreed to replace the sarees with the correct ones. I am happy with the new sarees that have now arrived but it's hard to recommend Ninecolours as they were at fault sending me the incorrect sizes/stitching and it took a lot of pushing from my end to receive what I paid for, despite the easy returns for faults policy they advertise on their website. If they fixed this, they would review much better.

Dec 20,2022Do not believe these positive reviews they are scummers. They show you an outfit then what you get is total garbage.they are so hard to get a hold of and they just want to scum foreigners. Do not order from them especially the wedding lehngas they will charge you lots of money and give you something with cheap material. Now I have to find a new saree for my engagement party. Very disappointing FOREIGNERS DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE A SCUMMERS.

The delivery process was great as well. My merchandise arrived on time and very nicely packaged. And the products I ordered, looked exactly like the items shown on website. Over all great shopping experience. very happy with my purchase-ie quality ,delivery customer service,fitting .I got lots of compliments for my saris and blouse fitting.

Sep 22,2022Lovely experience.. I was a bit scared due to some bad online reviews but Satyapal Sir assured me in WhatsApp chat that it will be nice , if not I can return it ! I got it in 7-8 days in express shipping and cloth quality , design and dupatta are very nice .. only inside lining cloth was torn at the bottom but I’ll get it stiched . Over all excellent! Price was reasonable too!

Aug 13,2022While I have been mostly a happy customer since last few years, Last transaction with them has been frustrating. I paid using Paytm which their site mentioned as declined and then did the online transfer. Seems like Paytm had happened and they received the money twice. It has been 1 month, multiple emails, calls, , WhatsApp chats, they have not refunded the money yet. Keep giving some excuse every day. Not sure why do some one needs to cheat and lose customer?

Jun 08,2022My mother brought it from this Indian clothing store and it was good in the beginning but then things became worse. This morning my mother opened her pack that arrived 2 months later than the arrival time. She was shocked to only see two of her items. Ninecolours needs to shut down their store if they cannot provide customers with the items they have purchased.
