Jun 13,2018Took money for an order but didn't ship with the other items after a month. When I asked about it, I was told THEN that it was sold out. Thank goodness they refunded that amount. The order that went through had horrible stitching, definitely not expected from a professional business. The point system should not be allowed at all. You can only claim 5% of it. Do not get sucked into buying from these people.

Jun 13,2018I placed an order and paid for it. A couple weeks later I got a message that the items were discontinued. I made another selection and was told to pay for it and I would get a credit after the transaction. I did receive the second order and was pleased with it but I never got a refund from the first one, even after contacting them several times. I will not order from them again!

Jun 13,2018Products delivered was below quality in all levels. For Example: stitching was absolutely pathetic, quality of the material were below standard etc. They don’t hold up to their return policy. No satisfaction guaranteed. The customer care people are not prompt to anything. I will not recommend this website or their products. One time was more than enough. The best part is they didn’t even refund my money, so I had to donate the products to charity! Inadvertently they let me do a kind gesture!

Jun 13,2018The garments were not stitched well. On the one garment the stitching was very bad. It actually came apart. I had to take the garments to my local tailor to have it fixed. I will never purchase from Ninecolours again. Very disappointed customer.

Jun 13,2018I have ordered three items and got only two, as they told one is out of stock and i didn't get my cash back..they wont give cash back and put it in our wallet and we can not use that money as whole, but only 10% from that amount for our next purchase..that means to spend 30 pound in the wallet we need to purchase fro 3000 pounds at least..which is insane.... and they didnt mention the extra shipping charge that DHL pay from us outside UK. So to buy a 30 pound kurtha, i gave them 7.50 for shipping charge..and 17 pound for DHL too..so total 30+7.50+17=54.50 pounds thats insane

Jun 13,2018I had ordered around 10-12 Kameezes and Sarees all semi-stitched and the bloody delivery took 3 months to deliver when I was promised 1 month. Their customer service and communication was appaling it would take them weeks for them to reply only to give a measly reply that its on it way. The most shocking thing about purchasing their products was the quality as none of the kameez’s matched what was on the website product image and all kameezes had different colours, designs and length which were replicas of the actual designs. I paid a hefty amount for all those products and shipping charges but the only thing that came out exactly the same were the 3 same saree’s I had ordered. Also the packaging was also very appalling as you could see that the box had to be wrapped with so much cheap tape and there was small tears within the box. I advise anyway who plans to purchase any of their products to NEVER ORDER ANYTHING as their service was unacceptable and disgusting and is the worst online order I’ve ever made and I utterly regret trusting them to deliver the service they had promised.
