I did my first purchase from nine colors on May 2017. The product I received wasn’t to my expectation even though I asked if the product will be same. They assured me it would be same but unfortunately. When I received the product I was very unhappy, so I emailed the team. They asked me to send back the product. When I checked with my delivery company, the price to send back the parcel is more than the lehenga purchased. However, email was exchanged and they agreed to give 5% discount over and above the discount on the product as compensation. So I went on the nine colors address, chose another lehenga. When it was time to purchase, I asked if I will receive my 5% discount, no one was ready and available to give me a proper answer. One person told me that I won’t be able to get it, one said if am getting 20% already, I won’t get the 5%. The person service chat even left the chat and went. According to me it’s not recommendable if they don’t know what type of service they are offering to customers. I purchased twice . But not anymore Thank you Reetima
The material was poor quality. Stitching was really bad. I received a different outfit than what I ordered. Never using this site again.
Color was not same as shown in the product description.
The pictures on the website and the actual product do not match a bit. Very poor quality and stitching is pretty bad too. Even though I have custom measurements nothing turned out right. To top it all the prices on the US website are higher than the Indian customers. So I ended up paying more for cheap garbage.
My experience was absolutely horrible! I got a lehenga the 2 pieces of the lehenga were 2 different colours and were the same colour in the picture. The material was cheap and costume like. I sent photos and description of the problem and was told there’s no refund or exchange. I’ve worn several lehengas in my life and have NEVER had one where the top and bottom didn’t match . Absolutely terrible! It’s now sitting in my closet still in the bag because I wouldn’t dare wear this horrible looking thing in public. To top it off part of it wasn’t stitched there’s a whole and all over there’s several threads hanging down everywhere. Terrible work. They said they’re a company where their customer comes first that is a complete lie. Don’t fall for this like I did and have your money down the drain!

I recieved my order on time and the outfit is beautiful but slight different as advertised online.....great fitting but the chinese collar is too small...i have to get adjusted by a tailor.....otherwise overall rating is good

I ordered three suits and I received only two out of them. The ones I received is not in good quality it’s just hanging in my closet I cannot even donate it’s in that condition. For the third suit which has not been delivered ,when I asked the customer service they said it will be credited to my nine colors wallet but what’s is the use in ordering again knowing the poor quality. Still my wallet is with the money but I don’t want to purchase again I want my money back.
