Apr 19,2022Great customer service from Kim my first bra didn't fit properly but after chatting with Kim on 2 occasions and additional different size bras sent .I've now found the perfect fit and ordered a second one. Can't recommend the company enough. Just go with them and you will get the correct size and fit. Thank you.

Apr 17,2022If I could leave 0 stars I would. I think this company is either in trouble (I mean, how many times have I been told staff all have covid), suspect there is only one member of staff doing everything! I waited 8 weeks for a refund, fitting advice was rubbish and I was made to feel it was all my fault for wearing the wrong size bra. Telephone fitting advice is nonsensical. Each time I called I was talked at by someone who didn't listen to me.

Apr 12,2022The best bra I have ever owned! Such a brilliant service from start to finish. Kim spoke to me on the phone to find the right size bra and was really helpful. When it arrived, she contacted me to check how it was fitting and sent out 2 more sized to try free of charge. Even the returns were pre paid. I will 100% be ordering again.

Apr 12,2022Great customer service and these bras are fantastic - I have thrown away all my other underwired bras as for the first time in I don’t know how many years I do not have an underwire digging into my breast under my arm. Game changer. Now I’m comfy and I know I’m not harming my body.

Apr 11,2022Hi I ordered a Kelly bra I was looking for a bra to wear on special occasions, I was hoping a firm defined shape for under smarter clothes. I’m happy to say I was not disappointed, Kelly bra felt comfortable but looked fab under my dress. I used the easy exchange service to get a perfect fit, you can now return items via Royal Mail, this was more convenient for me. Happy customer many thanks😊

Apr 09,2022I went to the “shop” in Wheathampstead to try on some bras with Jen. She was great and really knowledgeable. The bras fit nicely and have made me look slimmer (who knew!!). I bought the Katy bra and the sports one in grey. Will definitely be back. Although don’t go to the shop expecting to take bras home as you need to order online, but that’s easy enough.

Apr 05,2022Lovely bra and so comfortable - it feels as if it is part of you and doesn’t move around and you don’t fall out when you bend over either. I tried one sort and this wasn’t quite right so they swapped it for a different design and it’s perfect - all this was done very quickly and smoothly! I won’t be buying any more cheap bras ! Apr 05,2022Update I have now received a call from Kim and we have organised the return Kim apologised for the delays which was beyond the control of the business I have purchased a bra and wish to return for a refund. I abbe raised and ticket, they called and said they would email me, no email, I can find how I return the bra without them responding. I called today and cant get through on the phone as they have a message saying they can't take calls and leave a message but having raised a ticket, added to the ticket and they have already say they will email me, I see no point. I just want to return for a refund the bra is nice, well made but is not for me I am very disappointed at the customer service

Mar 23,2022Absolutely fantastic bra and second to non customer service. I struggle to find comfort in any bra as I have large boobs, small frame and spare flabby under arm skin…..but I struggle NO MORE!!!!!! The shape of this bra disguises underarm flab with its perfect design which comes up higher than ordinary bras and DOES NOT DIG IN UNDER YOUR ARMS. Kim took the time to help me with measuring and kept reassuring me that we WOULD find the perfect fit with comfort and shape. I must admit I thought I was going down the same road that I had been on many times before as I am 60 and had given up looking for a comfortable bra. She got the perfect band size on the first attempt and two cup size tweaks later we’re there. No problems with returning for exchange and no problems at all along the way. Kim is so friendly that I will be calling her to place further orders rather than doing it on line as she also gives real helpful advice!

Mar 23,2022Ordered a bra in the size I thought I was. Bra didn't fit but I rang and spoke to a lady at No. 1 Bra. She couldn't have been more helpful. Re-measured myself with her guidance over the phone and she suggested some different types of bras. Then resent two in the correct size. Both of which fitted perfectly. So surprising these days to deal with a real person who was so helpful - very personal service. The Bras are beautiful quality and very comfortable. I will not buy any other bras from now on. Thoroughly recommend.

Mar 08,2022The Darcey bra has changed my life!! Since having breast surgery three years ago I have found it a really struggle to find any bras that do not dig and become unbearable to wear. This bra moulds to my shape providing lift & support with the comfort that I require and I can wear it all day without any issues - thanks for making this bra!! The customer service team are extremely helpful and are always on hand to offer advice & support

Mar 07,2022Well being on the large size I have always had trouble with wires digging in under the arm pit, or popping out through the front of the bra at inconvenient moments. Also having to have it done up tight so it doesn't ride up at the back leaving red sore marks when I take them off. Then I tried the no1 bra! Well no red marks, it doesn't ride up. The wires don't dig in my arm pits! I can wear it all day long in comfort! This is an amazing bra. I have tried so many styles and even went to Rigby and Peller for a fitting, but these bras are in a different class all together. Fab product fab service!

Mar 03,2022I introduced my sister Sue from France to No1 Bra whilst on her visit to the UK. She has never had a bra that was so comfortable in all her life! Darcey is the most comfortable bra she has had. The back fitting was so comfortable and although a light material supported her heavy bust with comfort.She has a narrow back and a full bust so was in between cup sizes so contacted Kim who was so lovely and helpful. She has sorted her sizes out and will ensure they get to her in the UK before she leaves for France. Sue was overwhelmed with the comfort and professional advice as well as the friendly banter from Kim. I think we have another convert to No1 Bra! Thank you so much for such prompt and efficient service.

Apr 20,2022What a find ! I bought a darcy and an Ava bra. They are comfortable beyond your imagination , and as a non padded bra they don’t make my big boobs look even bigger. Great support, great fit, and looks great under a T shirt . Couple these super products with the personal service and care you get from the customer service team and you will never buy a bra from anyone else. Thank you no.1 bra company for your help in choosing the right bra for me .
