Jul 25,2022Having ordered this bra for a wedding I was supposed to have received it by now and when it had not arrived I messaged their Facebook page . I was told it was sitting with a label on the package but still not dispatched . Another week later it still has not arrived . Very poor customer service to say the least and they won’t cancel the order .

Jun 10,2022This is my first bra from this company. I wasn’t sure what to order because I wasn’t sure of my size. The lady rang me and changed me in to the right size. My bra arrived and it was spot on. I’m wearing it now, no digging in and can’t even feel I’ve got it on. Would definitely recommend!

Jun 10,2022DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered my usual size bra but when it arrived it was miles too big. Had to email to get a return label. Any replies I received days later were just trying to persuade me to try another size. I explicitly stated I just wanted a refund and was eventually given the label to print. I returned my bra on the 28th April. I am STILL waiting for a refund nearly 6 weeks later. I’ve tried emailing and just receive excuses about staff shortages. AVOID!

May 24,2022So delighted with the two bras I bought. The first two ordered were the wrong size but following advice from Kim, the replacements were perfect. The bras are incredibly comfortable, I hardly know I am wearing them! The customer service was beyond excellent, I felt really well looked after. Will definitely order again.

May 24,2022I discovered No 1 Bra in 2021 and have been in love ever since! My Katie is by far the comfiest bra I own. The team are fantastic and helped to size me correctly after years of being in the wrong size!

May 19,2022Ordered my usual size, I had a fitting at Bravissimo the week before and I haven't changed size in years. I have bras from lots of manufacturers and I am a 36FF. Not in a No 1 bra I'm not . They use 'Sister sizing'. The bra didn't fit at all. I had a phone fitting (ludicrous idea) and was sent a 40DD. No suprise still didn't fit. I sent the whole lot back. Been told I don't get a refund because I took the label off the first bra. I had no expectation it wouldnt fit. But even though I haven't worn it and sent the label back with the bra, they have kept my money. Stick to somewhere you can be fitted to a real sizing gauge by real people. I'd rather I'd never been anywhere near this company who apparently can reattach a tag. Appalled.

May 04,2022Love my Kelly bra so comfortable and also when driving in the car my seat belt stays in place between my breasts rather than coming over my breasts and strangling me. As a larger lady this is brilliant. Would definitely recommend trying these bras. Comfortable and amazing service. Thank you a very happy customer 😊

May 03,2022First time buyer I was a bit anxious about ordering without trying on. The sizing guide was really helpful & happy to say the bras I purchased where a perfect fit. Delivery was quick & packaging was lovely which was a nice touch as was the follow up call. I would 100% use again.

May 02,2022Lovely product and I will definitely consider buying another one but the customer service was disappointing. The first bra I received was not a good fit and I followed the exchange process. I received an email a few days later offering me the fitting service. I declined and requested the exchange. Silence for over two weeks despite me re-sending the message twice! It wasn’t until I sent an email headed ‘complaint’ that I received a reply. Even then I had to ask several more times how to send the bra back before finally getting an answer. Frustrating but again I do love the bra

Apr 29,2022I recently put on weight after having Covid, and my old bras were uncomfortable. I used the measuring guide on the No.1 bra website and placed an order. Unfortunately the fit wasn't right for me. I contacted customer services who arranged for a different size to be sent. This happened twice. Until I was totally happy and comfortable. The products are fabulous (I chose the Kelly) and the service is wonderful. Thank you so much

Apr 29,2022Amazing bra. I had never heard of them until I saw Amanda Lamb talking about it. I have a large chest and struggle to find comfortable bras which also look nice. The bra arrived promptly and tried it immediately. It fits perfectly and is so comfy and the wires do not dig in at all. Love it and haven’t taken it off. Will definitely be buying more

Apr 26,2022Very comfortable bras, took a couple of days to get used to it but it has been bliss ever since - first time I’ve worn an underwire in 2 years as my previous ones were so uncomfortable. The fitting was really easy and they arrived a couple of days later. I will def be going back for more

Apr 21,2022I cannot believe that it's just now that I found a comfortable bra having put up with uncomfortable ones for years! I would not hesitate to recommend these no-dig bras! I have the AVA and it really does what it says on the tin, it is so comfortable. Customer service was brilliant too finding me the correct style and size.

Jul 28,2022Absolute game changer. I was surprised when I received the bra and thought it would be too big! I was wrong and pleasantly surprised at how seamlessly perfect it fitted. It's a keeper and am sure there will be a few more purchases from me. Also, so grateful for the clearpay payment option. Customer service like the bra is also absolutely faultless and flawless.
